A. Adoption of the Reggio Approach in the
U.S. is difficult to quantify, especially given that it is in a growth
mode. However, more colleges and universities are adding it to their education
curricula, and interest among educators is increasing. Judging by its presence
on the internet, in books, and within educational publications and conferences,
it is safe to say that the approach is becoming considerably more common. “My son is in summer camp. He is having a great time. He loves it and does not want to leave when I go to pick him up. Amy is a great teacher– she’s great with children and parents, and will be a wonderful Kindergarten teacher. I’m already making plans for the next summer camp at Compass.” -A.P., School Age Parent
